Former Big Brother Naija housemate Bells has revealed that her feelings for fellow housemate Yousef began after he wore a turban and complimented her state of origin.
According to a video from 00:02:26 posted on Pulse NG on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, Bells shared the details during an interview with Pulse NG while discussing her relationship with Yousef during their time in the house.
Bells explained that her attraction to Yousef started with the turban he wore, which immediately caught her attention.
She said things developed further after Yousef expressed his appreciation for her state, a comment she said made her like him even more.
When asked about what initially drew her to Yousef, Bells said:
“I would say the turban. I love the turban first. And when he said he loved my state, that was what made me like him the most. And he’s very interesting to be honest. And he’s my type.”
Bells also described Yousef as an interesting person and said he matched the qualities she looks for in a partner.
She suggested that the isolation of the BBNaija house also influenced how housemates behaved during their time together, describing Yousef as someone who became restless while confined indoors.
Bells did not provide further details about how their relationship developed after the initial attraction, but she made it clear that the turban and Yousef’s compliment about her state played an important role in sparking her interest.
